HOW TO USE
- Sand floors thoroughly to clean bare timber
- Ensure timber moisture content is between 8% and 12%
- Remove all dust and contamination before coating
- Use Bourne Sanding Sealer where required
- Product is supplied ready to use — do not dilute
- Apply using a lambswool applicator, block applicator or mohair roller
Standard System:
• Apply first coat
• Allow to dry and sand lightly
• Apply second coat
• Allow to dry and sand lightly
• Apply third coat
Heavy Traffic Areas:
• Apply 4–5 coats where required
- Allow approximately 6–8 hours between coats
- Allow foot traffic after approximately 12 hours
- Allow approximately 7 days for full cure
Critical: For interior wooden floors only. Not suitable for exterior woodwork, damp timber or poorly prepared surfaces. Do not over-apply as surface crazing may occur.
Tip: Maintain good ventilation during drying to improve curing consistency and final gloss performance.
