Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Product colours, packaging, labels and finishes may vary from those displayed as products and packaging are updated from time to time.
Product availability is subject to stock availability and may change without notice.
Our products must always be used in accordance with the applicable Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), packaging instructions and any technical, guidance provided by Genkem.

Customers remain responsible for determining the suitability of a product for their intended application. Where uncertainty exists, customers should contact Genkem Technical Support before purchasing or using any product.
5. Prices
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice, however any price changes will not affect orders already accepted by Genkem.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, Genkem reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order. Customers will be contacted before any payment is processed or goods dispatched.
6. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from Genkem.
An order is only accepted once Genkem confirms acceptance or dispatches the goods,whichever occurs first.
All orders remain subject to:
- Stock availability
- Payment authorisation
- Product availability
- Verification of customer information
7. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our authorised third-party payment provider.
Genkem does not store your full payment card details.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Ownership of the goods remains with Genkem until payment has been received in full.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery timeframes published on this website are estimates only and are not Guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery Address.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
Consumers purchasing goods online may cancel qualifying purchases within seven (7) days of receiving the goods in accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
This right does not apply to products manufactured, mixed or customised to customer specifications or other products excluded by applicable legislation.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method.
Nothing contained in these Terms limits any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African law.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product names, technical documents, trademarks and other intellectual property, remains the property of or is licensed to Genkem (Pty) Ltd.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Genkem.
Customers may download product literature solely for product selection, specification and application purposes.
11. Product Liability
Genkem products are manufactured for specific applications and must be stored, handled and applied strictly in accordance with the applicable product instructions.
Genkem shall not be liable for loss or damage resulting from:

- Incorrect storage
- Surface preparation failures
- Mixing products contrary to instructions
- Use outside the intended application
- Failure to follow published Technical or Safety Data Sheets
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability which cannot legally be excluded under South African law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that these products are transported, stored, handled and disposed of in accordance with applicable legislation and the relevant Safety Data Sheets.
