HOW TO USE
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, sound, thoroughly dry and correctly prepared
- New plaster must have a moisture content below 5% before application
- Allow fresh concrete to cure for a minimum of 6 weeks
- Remove loose or flaking paint, efflorescence, grease, dirt and other contaminants
- Stir thoroughly before use Apply undiluted – do not thin
- Apply using a brush or lambswool roller
- Apply two coats for new work
- Allow approximately 4 hours between coats
- Do not overspread the coating
- When using a brush, apply in one direction
- Spray application is not recommended
Previously Enamel-Painted Surfaces: Sand thoroughly to provide a suitable key, remove all sanding residue and apply a suitable Genkem primer or undercoat before applying Premium Plus Hygiene.
Bare Metal: Do not apply directly to bare metal. Prime exposed metal using a suitable metal primer before coating.
Critical: Do not apply below 10 Cor during wet or cold weather. Apply only to thoroughly dry surfaces. Correct surface preparation and priming are essential for maximum adhesion and durability. The product must be applied undiluted and should not be overspread.
Tip: Premium Plus Hygiene is particularly suited to surfaces that require regular cleaning. Allow the coating to achieve its full cure before subjecting newly painted surfaces to demanding cleaning or service conditions.
