Industrial Solutions
Woodworking, Timber & Structural Manufacturing
Industrial adhesive technologies for furniture and cabinetry assembly, joinery, dowelling, timber laminating, veneering, decorative surfaces and engineered timber applications.
Woodworking and furniture manufacture involve varied timber species, engineered boards, joint designs and production processes. Genkem assesses the actual timber or board, moisture content, joint construction, application equipment, pressing conditions and intended service environment before recommending a suitable adhesive system.
Adhesive Solutions Across Woodworking Production
Genkem supports furniture manufacturers, kitchen and bathroom cabinet manufacturers, cabinetmakers, joinery operations, door and window manufacturers, timber laminators, board and panel processors, decorative-surface laminators, shopfitters and high-volume woodworking production lines.
Furniture, Cabinetry & Joint Assembly
Adhesive technologies for furniture frames, cabinets, carcasses, drawers, timber components, dowelling, mortise-and-tenon joints, fitted joints and related manual or production-line assembly processes.
Timber Laminating & Engineered Components
Bonding systems for face and edge laminating, solid-timber laminating, built-up timber sections, furniture components, doors, windows and related engineered timber applications.
Veneer, Decorative Surfaces & Edge Bonding
Adhesive technologies for natural and manufactured veneers, decorative laminates, furniture and cabinet surfaces, board-to-edging attachment, profile bonding and selected paper- or PVC-foil applications.
Doors, Windows & Multi-Material Assembly
Solutions may be assessed for timber doors, window frames, moisture-resistant joinery and selected combinations involving timber or engineered board bonded to non-timber materials.

Timber and board products can differ in density, moisture content, porosity, resin content, surface treatment and dimensional stability. New or unfamiliar material combinations and production processes should therefore be assessed before full-scale manufacture. D3 and D4 classifications apply to the adhesive bond under defined conditions and do not make an inadequately designed, unfinished or unprotected timber component permanently waterproof. Structural, continuously immersed or unfamiliar applications require separate technical assessment.
