HOW TO USE
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and correctly prepared before painting
- Stir thoroughly before use
Product is supplied ready for use – do not dilute - Clean and prime galvanised iron where required using the appropriate Genkem Metal Primer
- Prime rusted or exposed metal areas before coating
- Apply using a quality brush, short-nap roller or suitable spray equipment
- Apply two coats for new work, colour changes and previously unpainted surfaces
- Allow approximately 4 hours between coats under suitable conditions
Critical: Do not apply below 10 C or during wet or cold weather. Do not thin the product. Existing coatings must be sound, clean and compatible before overcoating. Large continuous roof areas should be coated using material from the same batch to ensure colour consistency.
Tip: Correct surface preparation is essential for long-term performance. Clean roof surfaces thoroughly and remove all dirt, fungal growth, loose material and poorly adhered coatings before painting.
