HOW TO USE
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from contamination
- Remove oil and grease using Nova 11 Brush Cleaner & Degreaser
- Allow surfaces to dry thoroughly before sealing
Porosity Test:
• Apply droplets of water to the surface
• Immediate absorption indicates a suitable surface
• Water remaining after several minutes indicates an unsuitable surface
- Product is supplied ready to use — do not dilute
- Apply only to porous surfaces
- Apply in dry weather conditions
- Apply using:
• Brush
• Soft broom - Work product thoroughly into the substrate while avoiding pooling
- • Apply 2–3 coats depending on porosity and sheen required
- • Allow coating to dry completely clear before recoating
Critical: Not suitable for pool surrounds, non-porous surfaces, wet surfaces or areas affected by severe rising damp. Do not allow pooling during application.
Tip: A damp proof membrane beneath exterior paving is strongly recommended to minimise rising damp and efflorescence-related failures.
