High-Performance Multi-Surface Polyurethane Adhesive
Genkem Tuffset is a high-strength one-component polyurethane adhesive designed for permanent waterproof bonding across multiple surfaces. The moisture-cure formula expands slightly during application to penetrate surfaces, fill minor gaps and create an extremely strong long-lasting bond. Ideal for woodworking, construction, repairs and outdoor projects, it bonds wood, metal, stone, concrete, ceramics, glass and selected plastics where maximum durability and weather resistance are required.

HOW TO USE
- Ensure surfaces are clean and free from dust, grease and contaminants
- Lightly dampen one surface before application
- For dense hardwoods, dampen both surfaces
- Apply adhesive sparingly to one surface only
- Join surfaces within 1–5 minutes
- Clamp firmly for 1–2 hours
- Allow 24 hours for full cure
Critical: Do not overapply as the adhesive expands during curing. Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), vinyl or continuous water immersion.
Tip: Wear gloves during application as cured adhesive bonds strongly to skin and is difficult to remove. Use masking tape around visible bond areas when working on decorative surfaces to minimise clean-up from adhesive expansion.
