HOW TO USE
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and loose rust
- Prime bare metal using a suitable self-etch primer
- Remove rust mechanically before coating rusted surfaces
- Abrade previously painted surfaces to a matte finish
- Stir thoroughly before use
Brush/Roller Application:
• Apply evenly for full coverage
Spray Application – Textured Finish:
• Use a 4mm bore gravity spray gun
• Apply at 3–4 bar pressure
• Hold approximately 500mm from the surface
Spray Application – Smooth Finish:
• Dilute with 15–20% water
• Use a 1.5mm bore spray gun
• Apply at 4–5 bar pressure
• Hold approximately 450–500mm from the surface
- Allow approximately 2 hours between coats
- Allow approximately 24 hours for full cure
Critical: Not suitable for continuous water immersion, wet surfaces, contaminated substrates or unprepared rusted surfaces.
Tip: Use textured application for underbody protection and smooth finishes where appearance is important.
